Application
LSZH cables are designed for indoor and outdoor use. Dry core design for excellent water blocking performance and easier handling. The outer jacket uses a flame-retardant Low Smoke Zero-Halogen material. Applied to connection between outside plant stranded loose tube cable and terminal distribution frame in central office.

Loose Tube Flame Retardant Cable
Property
- CSM: Galvanized steel wire with oversheath and wrappng of water blocking element, could provide efficient tension for cable.
- Loose Tube: 6 or 12 fibers per PBT loose tube and filled with a suitable jelly compound.
- Filler:Thermoplastic rods, where needed.
- Stranding:Loose tubes (and filler), SZ stranded around the CSM.
- Peripheral Strength Element: (Option)
- Longitudinal water tightness : Water blocking element used for eliminates the need for traditional flooding compound and provides efficient and craft-friendly cable preparation.
- Ripcord:Nylon thread or Aramid yarn for easily stripping of the sheath.
- Outer Sheath: (Option)
Aramid yarns could be used if required.
Non-strength element.

LSZH PE sheath: Low Smoke Zero Halogen sheath for Flame retardant characteristics.
